Adam Cortese, CEO of Sun Africa and UGTR Renewables, told Shafaq News on 17 July that technical, legal and financial studies were underway under a memorandum and strategic partnership with KAR Group.
He said the US companies were funding preliminary assessments to support an Iraqi government decision on a commercial agreement.
